You give The Tidy Home permission to enter your home to start and complete the discussed project. Within said project, you give us permission to go through personal property. You give The Tidy Home permission to make changes to your property. You understand revising sessions are about removing items from your home whether that be: donations, trash, recycling. Refresh sessions are for previous clients that want us to refresh spaces we have already completed for them. Removing donations, trash, or recycling is an extra charge for us to take these items, we will bill you separately for these hauls. You understand no supplies are brought to revising sessions since the focus is on purging. Supplies will also not be brought to refresh sessions unless the client specifies they need something beforehand. Your final invoice will include any extra time spent on the project that was not paid for prior to service. You understand for the revising session you must be present for the session to make decisions on purging items, if you cannot be there, we will need to reschedule your session. For refresh sessions, you do not have to be present since we know your space(s) already. Payment is due upon receipt. If you cancel the week of, you will only be refunded 50% of your deposit. If you cancel two weeks out, you will be refunded 80%. The Tidy Home accepts credit card payments and bank transfers. *
